I have created a wide range of short training courses which are available on my You Tube channel*. These cover a variety of topics from ranging from dealing with loneliness and rejection or facing the fear of tattooing and childbirth, through to remembering large amounts of information, creating a positive mindset, increasing confidence or forgiving and letting go. Training courses are coloured red on my channel, to allow them to be easily identified.

- Give difficult feelings shape and form so that they can be manipulated and moved outside of the body
- Deal with negative self-talk
- Deal with past traumatic events and remove the negative emotional response they create
- Resolve opposing beliefs
- Identify unhelpful thoughts, beliefs and behaviours put in place by the subconscious mind to protect us
- Achieve a state of deep relaxation.
Creating a Positive Future
Using CBT, NLP, hypnotherapy and psychological theory to define the future that you want to live and then create it. This course covers:
- Feeling gratitude and noticing the gifts and opportunities that life gives to you
- Letting go of anger and pain and negative emotions to make space for positive ones instead
- Forgiving those who have hurt you and moving past those difficult relationships
- Setting and achieving goals
- Creating a blueprint of the future you desire and how to get there
- Acknowledging your connection to everyone else and the ways that your actions influence others
- Achieving a state of flow which allows easy success
- Becoming the best version of you
- Visualising looking back on your life and all the things you have achieved, and using your mind for self-healing.
